At La Casa Fragrances, our top priority is customer satisfaction. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we do offer returns for faulty products or if the received goods are different from what was purchased.
What if my order is damaged when it arrives?
We understand that despite our best efforts, damage during freight can happen. In case of any damage, simply reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours and provide details and photographs accordingly. Our team will contact you to resolve the issue.
